Returns

How to return something, in three steps.

1. Register your return

Email us at support@atoliovegas.de with your order number and the item you would like to return, within 60 days of delivery.

2. Send the item back

We will send you the return address. Once your return is approved, hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 days. Use the original packaging and a sturdy outer box, include a note with your order number, ship with tracking and mark the parcel as a returned purchase. Return shipping is paid by you.

3. Receive your refund

Once your return arrives, it is checked within 5 business days. We then refund to your original payment method and you receive an email from us.

Exchanges

Rather swap it? Just tell us the item you want in the same email, the rest works exactly like a return. Possible within 60 days, as long as the item is available.

Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and seals intact, complete in the original packaging. You can find all details in our Returns and Refunds policy.
