RETURN
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, and you’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@atoliovegas.de.
Once approved, you’ll receive full return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We process returns within 15 business days after your parcel arrives at our facility.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customers are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: we do not process manual exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size or product), a gift card or store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
