1Cut a thin strip of paper, about 10 cm long and 5 mm wide.
2Wrap it tightly around the finger so the ends cross, then draw one line across both ends.
3Unroll the strip and measure the distance between the two lines. Set the slider to that number.
Women mostly wear 52 to 56, men 58 to 62.
